I could agree that teaching students in the West about Sharia is a good idea, provided the coverage is unfiltered and shows the true brutality of Islamic law.  As you read through the above lesson plan you will see the attempt to present “moral equivalence” and “social justice” bleeding through.  Just link to the PDF file outlining Sharia and Islam and think what would be said if the Christian-equivalent document was presented to students in our public schools. When your kids come home from school thinking a death sentence for a serial child murderer in the United States is equally horrific to the stoning of  a woman for suspected adultery in Afghanistan, well, time for some home-deprogramming!
